Georgian cuisine conquers Japan

The Ambassador of Georgia to Japan announced that Georgian dishes are now being served in three Tokyo cafes.

Three chain cafes in Tokyo have begun serving Georgian cuisine to guests, Georgian Ambassador to Japan Teimuraz Lezhava informed.

According to the diplomat, in addition to Adjarian khachapuri, visitors to Japanese cafes can try pkhali, Georgian-style salad with cucumbers and tomatoes, adjika, pelamushi and chashushuli.

Japanese fast food restaurants Matsua serve the Georgian shkmeruli.
