The National Center for Teacher Professional Development of the Georgian Ministry of Education has prepared a special questionnaire for the school teachers of the republic, consisting of 120 items. It gives them an opportunity for professional self-assessment.
The initiators noted that decisions related to the development of professional skills of teachers of schools were previously made by the state. Now teachers can take an active part themselves in deciding how they want to improve their skills.
