According to the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the German Laurens Spethmann holding, which produces Milford tea, has transferred control of the subsidiary to its CEO, Ilya Blinov.
In mid-August, the holding changed its owner from Laurens Spethmann Holding AG&Co.KG to the company's CEO Ilya Blinov, RIA Novosti reports.
Let us remind you that the company "Milford" is a subsidiary of the German holding Laurens Spethmann. The company's production capacity allows to produce about eleven billion tea bags per year, its head office is located in Germany, and production facilities are in Austria, France, Russia and Germany.
