German security chief Hans-Georg Maassen said country's counterintelligence agency suspects Russian hackers in the attack on the OSCE computers that occurred in early November.
He explained that the infrastructure, through which the attack on the OSCE was carried out, is similar to the one used during APT28 campaign, in the framework of which cyber attack on Bundestag servers was carried out two years ago.
