The German tabloid Bild published a report by unnamed intelligence agencies about Russia's "plan" to annex Ukraine. The publication also contains a commentary from the Russian Embassy in Germany, where the statements made by the publication are called speculation.
The diplomatic mission of the Russian Federation said that this "plan" is a "strange mixture of speculation and rumours", which diplomats do not comment on principle.
