Azerbaijan and Germany have completed work on an agreement on the creation of the first biosphere reserve on Azerbaijani territory. This allowed permission to be given for the signing of a corresponding agreement with the German KfW development bank, the government of Azerbaijan reported.
"Currently, there are practically no obstacles for signing of an agreement. All permissions for signing of an agreement were received, and it will be done immediately after the last technical issues related to our first environmental project in Azerbaijan are resolved," KfW's Baku office stated, abc.az reports.
