Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed an indexation of tariffs for 2016.
The corresponding document was published on the portal of legal information.
The highest indexation will be in Moscow by 7.5% and in St. Petersburg 6.5%, and the lowest indexation is to be in North Ossetia 3% and in Kabardino-Balkaria 3.8%.
