The victory of candidates from different parties in the municipal elections in Moscow is a wonderful fact, because now they will have an opportunity to show their effectiveness, participating in the life of the city, the press secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, said at a press-conference.
At the same time, the representative of the Kremlin noted that the majority of votes were given for the United Russia’s candidates. "Of course, there are winners from other parties, it's fine, they will take part in the life of the city and show their effectiveness," he said, commenting on the preliminary data, Tass reports.
