The fourth meeting of the Turkey-Greece High Level Cooperation Council (SWOT) is to take place at the beginning of February 2016, Prime Minister of Turkey Ahmet Davutoglu said at a joint press conference in Ankara, attended by his Greek counterpart Alexis Tsipras.
"After today's meeting we agreed to hold our fourth meeting of the SWOT in early February," RIA Novosti cites him.
