Georgian immigrants living in Greece have asked the Georgian authorities for help, the head of the Athens Georgian Immigrants Information Center, Avtandil Giunashvili said.
They asked to develop a specific program for them, as the situation in Greece is rather complicated, which affects the Georgian immigrants living there. According to Giunashvili, most of Georgian immigrants may have to return to Georgia and the authorities were not prepared for this situation.
The head of the Athens Georgian Immigrants Information Center spoke about violations and embezzlement in the Ministries, complaining that the country, which has more than two million immigrants, should have a department of migration and diasporas.
