According to the first exit poll, at the moment the left-wing party SYRIZA, headed by former Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, will gain the majority of votes in the parliamentary elections in Greece, with 32% of the votes cast, while the center-right conservative 'New Democracy' Party has gained the support of 29.6% of the voters.
"During the elections the exit poll is carried out in three stages. The first is completed at about 11:00 in the morning, the second at 15:00 and the third at 18:00. Therefore, the data may change," RIA Novosti quoted the source as saying.
The interlocutor added that, currently, eight parties will take seats in the parliament.
