A counter-terrorism operation regime was imposed in Nalchik (Kabardino-Balkaria) at 2.45 AM today, RIA Novosti reports.
"A group of militants was found in one of the apartment buildings in the Aleksandrovka neighborhood. They refused to give up and opened fire at police officers," the representative of the local security forces said.
