UN secretary-general António Guterres said the first meeting of the military committee on Libya would be convened in Geneva in the coming days.
Guterres also said he was very worried that several oil ports and an oilfield had been shut down in Libya. "We are very worried with the fact that several ports, several harbors from where oil is exported, were closed," he said.
The UN secretary-general noted that one very important oil field also stopped production.
According to him, "part of a more comprehensive solution will have to be an effective reform of the National Oil Company, transparency established."
"We hope that it would be possible to establish normality," Guterres concluded.
