Over the last few years the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs of Armenia has been implementing the program 'Youth Capital', in which, with the exception Yerevan, all the other cities of the republic can participate, the Deputy Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs Arsen Karamyan stated today.
'Youth Capital' spends about 20-25% of the budget aimed at the state youth policy, NEWS.am reports the minister as saying.
