Georgia's Ministry of Internal Affairs has seized half a kilogram of heroin after the detention of one individual in the Kvemo Kartli region.
The 30 years old man was detained in a taxi, Agenda.ge reported.
The crime is punishable by 8-20 years in prison or a life sentence.
The ministry added that 93 drug dealers have been detained since 1 January to November 2018.
