Today, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani congratulated his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev on the Republic Day.
"I sincerely congratulate Your Highness, as well as a friendly and brotherly country and the people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the national holiday of your country, the Republic Day," he said in a congratulatory letter.
