The chairman of Georgia's Constitutional Court, Giorgi Papuashvili, has sent a letter to the President and Prime Minister of the Republic, Giorgi Margvelashvili and Irakli Garibashvili, and the Speaker of Parliament David Usupashvili, in which he accused the authorities of not fulfilling their obligations to protect judges.
According to Papuashvili, this situation complicates the work of the Constitutional Court in conditions of independence and security, as well as threatening the full implementation of justice in the country.
