The head of Dagestan Ramazan Abdullatipov has said that there should be a "shame board" in every village of the country with names and photos of local residents who joined terrorist organizations. The proposal was announced at a meeting of the Antiterrorist Commission in the Untsukul region of the republic.
Ramadan Abdullatipov also pointed out that in general terrorism has been defeated in the region, but "it is necessary to maintain this victory now,'' Russian Planet reports.
