Stavropol activists of the ONF department have accused the general director of the State Unitary Enterprise Stavropolkraivodokanal, Vladimir Vdovin, of spending budget funds on the maintenance of his mansion, which was bought by his subordinate for 17 million rubles.
Earlier, a criminal case was initiated into an instance of abuse of power, and the deal on the purchase of the building was cancelled by the court's decision.
