Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan expressed support to Baku in connection with the events on the frontline in the conflict zone in a telephone conversation with President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, -the press-service of the head of Azerbaijan reported.
The conversation was initiated by Erdogan. ‘’The Turkish President expressed support and solidarity in relation to the events on the contact line of the Armenian and Azerbaijani troops, said that the Turkish nation is always close to the people of Azerbaijan", a statement reads, TASS reports.
