Head of police department in Crimea detained on charges of bribery

A criminal case has been instituted against the chief of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Black Sea region of Crimea and his deputy. 

The case is being investigated according to Art. 290 of the Criminal Code – receiving a bribe.
