The heating season, interrupted by the recent blackout, has resumed in all cities and districts of Crimea, the Minister of Housing and Communal Services of Crimea Alexander Zhdanov reported.
"Heating is being carried out in all the apartment buildings of the republic. If there is no heating in the building, the problem is not in the boilers, contact the management companies," RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.
