Heavy rain with thunderstorms, hail and wind (6-11m/s) will hit Stavropol Territory today, the regional emergencies department said.
Air temperatures will hit 32-37 degrees during the day and 19- 24 degrees at night.
People were recommended to stay at home during hail and thunderstorms.
