The Russian Hydrometeorological Center announced an 'amber level' of danger, forecast due to an expected sharp deterioration of the weather in Moscow and the Central Federal District regions.
"This level means that the weather is dangerous.There is a risk of natural disasters and damage," forecasters explained.
Snowstorms are expected tomorrow on January 12th in the capital and regions of the Central Federal District. It may lead to dangerous situations on roads, Tass reports.
