Heydar Aliyev Foundation distributes meat to poor and infirm in honor of Eid al-Adha

The Russian representative office of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, together with the Council of Muftis of Russia and the 'Ikhlas' Foundation, at the initiative of the Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Leyla Aliyeva, have organized a charity event in honor of the feast of Eid al-Adha in Moscow.

According to Trend, representatives of the organizations gave the meat of sacrificial animals to poor families and the infirm. Believers thanked Leyla Aliyeva for the attention and care given to them during the holy Muslim holiday, calling the charity event an act of humanity and mercy, which strengthens the spiritual ties of the faithful in Russia and Azerbaijan.
