The EMERCOM of Kabardino-Balkaria is preparing for the beginning of the high water season. Thus, according to preliminary estimates of experts, 61 settlements may be flooded, including the town of Nalchik.
The EMERCOM is several projects to protection river banks, riverbed regulation and clearing of under bridge areas in order to avoid damage after flooding,'' RIA Kabardino-Balkaria reports.
