Assistant of the President of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev said that the issue related to coronavirus is on the international agenda, the correspondent of Vestnik Kavkaza reported.
"Azerbaijan is seriously studying WHO recommendations and taking the necessary measures. The discussions were held in the Cabinet of Ministers in connection with the coronavirus and an Action Plan was prepared. The government is taking the necessary measures in this direction,” he said.
He also noted that the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has already warned citizens about the issue of trips to countries with confirmed coronavirus cases.
