EMERCOM of Russia in the Stavropol Territory has urged holiday-makers in the North Caucasus planning to make a trip to the mountains to pre-register at the rescuers’ office.
‘’A Registration of tourist and mountaineering groups carried out to ensure the safety of the tourists, providing them with the possibility, if necessary, of the timely qualified help. Rescuers are also familiar with the relevant and reliable information about the potential dangers on the routes", Interfax quotes the representative of the ministry.
