French President Francois Hollande has said that Russia and the United States should carry out a strike on the terrorists of Islamic State.
"I am to pay a visit to Washington next Tuesday and to Moscow next Thursday in order to discuss with Barack Obama and Vladimir Putin the coordination of our efforts in order to achieve our main goal, the victory over ISIS, as soon as possible," he said.
