Famous actor Kote Toloraia died in Tbilisi.

Konstantin (Kote) Toloraia was born on June 11, 1926. In 1949 he graduated from the acting studio at the Tbilisi Kote Marjanishvili theater. He worked as an actor in the same theater for many years, and also performed in the Shota Rustaveli Theater, Spoutnik-Georgia reports.

Kote Toloraia is Honored Artist of Georgia. He was well-known as a film actor. He appeared in dozens of films, including ‘Other Times’ (1965), "Pierre the Police Officer’ (1965), ‘Town of Anara’ (1976), ‘Life of Don Quixote and Sancho’(1988), ‘Gospel of Luke’ (1988),”’Lullaby’(1994) and ‘The Chained Knights’ (1999).
