Law enforcers detained several people in the Makhachkala village of Tarki who were trying to initiate riots.
According to the representative of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs, earlier in the settlement, within the framework of operational and preventive measures, police officers arrived, and a group of local residents came to meet them. "After the explanatory conversation, all those present dispersed," TASS quotes the official as saying.
Earlier it was reported that in January, as a result of a mass brawl, a resident of Dagestan was killed in the village. A criminal case was initiated on the fact. A suspect has been arrested.
