According to the press service of EMERCOM of Russia in Moscow, the roof of the building has caught fire.
"We received a message about the fire at the following address Olympic pr., 18/1. According to the preliminary information, heat insulation material and batten ceiling are smouldering on the area of 200 square meters," RIA Novosti cites the statement on the ministry website.
