The new mayor of Yerevan, Hayk Marutyan, immediately after the inauguration, stated that he did not intend to personally make any decisions on the future life of the capital of Armenia. So he described the "new style" of the city hall’s work.
“The decision will not be made by me, but by the Council of Elders and law enforcement agencies. In general, we do not take individual decisions. Even in the faction there is a big opposition, and sometimes I will have to ask Prosperous Armenia and Luys to help with some issues, ” Sputnik-Armenia quotes him as saying.
