Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Grossi arrived in Russia. This is stated in a message posted on the IAEA page on Twitter.
The purpose of the trip is a meeting with high-ranking Russian officials in Kaliningrad.
Negotiations will take place on the morning of April 1.
