The IS leader directed an insurgent who committed the terrorist attack in Berlin.
A terrorist Anis Amri, who committed the terrorist attack at the Christmas market in central Berlin in December last year, received orders directly from one of the leaders of IS (the terrorist group banned in Russia), the newspaper Zeit reported.
It became known that Amri contacted an IS militant, known as Baraa al-Iraqi, from whom he received instructions.
