Turkish police detained the so-called healthcare minister of the ISIS terrorist group, Kefah Basher Hussein, in the south-eastern Turkish province of Sanliurfa.
The police detained 14 more people, who had ties with the ISIS.
On January 12, Turkish police arrested Tarik Ahmet, the so-called ISIS agriculture minister in Kayseri Province.
