The International Skating Union (ISU) announced on Thursday its decision to lift temporary bans imposed earlier on Russian speed skaters Pavel Kulizhnikov and Yekaterina Konstantinova as well as short-track skater Semyon Yelistratov, Tass cites President of the Russian Skating Union (RSU) Alexei Kravtsov as saying.

"We have received an official letter from the ISU today stating that their suspension was scrapped as of today and an investigation into their alleged violation of anti-doping regulations was stopped," Kravtsov said in an interview with TASS.
