The head of the EU office in Georgia, Ianos Herman, said that currently there is a process of discussing the liberalization of the visa regime between the two sides. He noted that the migration crisis in Europe should not become a negative factor, due to which Georgia would be denied a lifting of the visa regime.
"We are going through the process of visa liberalization with Georgia currently. Now we are working on a report with the European Commission. I am confident that migration problems will not affect your country," Sputnik Georgia cited Ianos Herman as saying.
