The new military attaché of Russia to Azerbaijan, Igor Lobastov, has been submitted to the Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan Zakir Hasanov by the Extraodinary and Plenipotentiary ambassador of Russia to Azerbaijan Vladimir Dorokhin, the press service of the Defense Ministry stated.
At the meeting, Vladimir Dorokhin and Zakir Hasanov discussed the development of military cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia, the annual plan of working meetings between delegations of the defense ministries of the two countries, mutual visits of warships, as well as exercises in the Caspian Sea, Trend reports.
