Brigadier General Ihsan Basbozkurt, who is the commander of a brigade of the Turkish armed forces in the province of Urfa, has been appointed as the new military attaché at Turkey’s embassy in Azerbaijan. He will soon take office, the embassy said.
The position was previously held by Brigadier General Nevzat Tasdeler, Trend reports.
