Two-time Olympic champion Ilgar Mammadov has been elected president of the Russian Fencing Federation (FFR).
The 56-year-old specialist was the only candidate for the post. He replaced Aleksandr Mikhailov in the new post. Mikhailov led the FFR since 2009, TASS reported.
