Ilham Aliyev: It is time to make concrete steps on Karabakh settlement

Today, the time has come when it is necessary to make concrete steps to resolve the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stated at the Iftar ceremony on the occasion of holy month of Ramadan.

The President noted that settlement's mediators should also understand that this is not a frozen conflict.
