President of Azerbaijan, Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev said that the Karabakh war is over.
"The Patriotic war is over," he said at the meeting with the servicemen undergoing treatment in the hospital.
Earlier, it was reported that the Azerbaijani leader and first lady Mehriban Aliyeva met with the servicemen undergoing treatment at Clinical Medical Center No 1.
