Ilham Aliyev and Nikol Pashinyan meet in Brussels for the fourth time

The fourth round of talks between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will be held today in Brussels. As the previous three meetings, today's meeting will be mediated by Charles Michel, President of the European Council. Pashinyan arrived in Brussels yesterday.
  
Yeseterday, tsecond meeting of the Azerbaijani-Armenian commission on the delimitation and demarcation of the Azerbaijani-Armenian border was held in Moscow. The meeting was led by Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev and Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan. It was noted that the parties held "a substantive exchange of views on the future work and rules of joint activities of the commissions", as well agreed to hold the third meeting within the agreed timeframe.
  
The previous Brussels meeting of the Azerbaijani and Armenian leaders was held on May 22, its only result was the first formal meeting of the commission on border delimitation - Shahin Mustafayev and Mher Grigoryan met two days later, on May 24, on the border of Armenia and Azerbaijan's Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
