Ilham Aliyev arrives in Dubai

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has arrived from Abu Dhabi to Dubai during a visit to the UAE.

It is reported that the Azerbaijani leader is to visit the famous building of Burj Khalifa, which is the highest skyscraper in the world.
