President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived in Kyrgyzstan for a state visit on October 11.
A guard of honor was arranged for President Ilham Aliyev at Bishkek Manas International Airport decorated with the national flags of the two countries.
The head of state was welcomed by President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov.
