Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has extended condolences to Russia’s President Vladimir Putin over the death of Russian Ambassador in Turkey Andrey Karlov after a terrorist attack on December 19.
He noted that he is deeply shocked by the news of the tragic death of the Ambassador.
“We resolutely and unconditionally condemn this bloody terrorist attack. I extend my heartfelt condolences to you, the family and relatives of the late ambassador,” Trend cited him as saying.
