Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has congratulated Turkey’s Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu on the victory of the Justice and Development Party in the elections to the Turkish Grand National Assembly.
According to him, the election results are a reflection of the support of Turkish society for stability, prosperity and development.
Ilham Aliyev said that he is convinced that the relations between Baku and Ankara of an exceptional nature have stood the test of time and "will continue expanding and strengthening in accordance with the welfare of our peoples and the interests of our countries," Interfax-Azerbaijan reports.
