Ilham Aliyev congratulates Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on Independence Day

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has congratulated his Turkmen counterpart Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the Independence Day of the Republic.

"The current level of Azerbaijani-Turkmenistani relations is encouraging. I believe that the traditional friendly relations between our countries and peoples, as well as our bilateral cooperation will continue to be developed and extended," he said.
