Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev congratulated the head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov on his 60th birthday.
Ilham Aliyev highlighted Minnikhanov's personal contribution "to the preservation, development and enhancement of centuries-old traditions of friendship, cooperation and mutual support between the peoples of Azerbaijan and Tatarstan."
